Know Your Customer (KYC) Policy
1. Introduction
By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, you authorize the Company to conduct any verification checks required by us or by third parties (including regulatory authorities) in order to confirm your identity and contact details (“Checks”).
During the verification process, the Company may restrict withdrawals from your account until the checks are successfully completed.
If any information provided by you is false, inaccurate, misleading, incomplete, or does not match your identification documents, the Company reserves the right to immediately terminate your account and/or restrict access to the Services.
If we are unable to confirm that you are of legal age, your account may be suspended. If it is established that you were under the legal age at the time of gambling activity:
- Your account will be closed;
- All transactions will be declared void and deposits refunded;
- Any winnings will be forfeited and withdrawn funds must be returned.
You are required to notify the Company immediately of any changes to your personal information by contacting Customer Support.
2. Objective of the Policy
The Company may request user verification in the following circumstances:
- Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity;
- Doubts regarding the authenticity of submitted documents;
- Violation of the Company’s Terms and Conditions;
- Any other situation deemed appropriate by the Company.
3. Identification Data & Documents
The minimum required identification data includes:
- Full name;
- Date of birth;
- Citizenship;
- Permanent residential address;
- Identification number.
Required documents include:
- Valid passport or national ID card;
- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, etc.).
Additional documents may include:
- Secondary identification (driver’s license, military ID, etc.);
- Selfie holding the identification document;
- Bank card image (first 5 and last 4 digits visible).
4. Source of Funds
The Company may request documentation confirming the source of funds, including but not limited to:
- Salary slips, dividends, pension statements;
- Bank statements showing consistent income;
- Trust deeds or awards documentation.
5. Rejection of Documents
Documents may be rejected for the following reasons:
- Name or address mismatch;
- Illegible or altered documents;
- Unacceptable document types;
- Any other reasonable concerns identified by the Company.
6. Obligations
Due Diligence (DD)
All customers are subject to due diligence and record-keeping requirements.
Anonymous Accounts
Anonymous or fictitious accounts are strictly prohibited. If identification cannot be verified, the account will be closed, winnings cancelled, and deposits returned where feasible.
Duplicate or Multiple Accounts
The Company reserves the right to identify linked accounts, cancel duplicate accounts, void winnings, and return deposits to the rightful owner.
Politically Exposed Persons (PEP)
Enhanced due diligence applies to Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), including their close associates and family members. A risk-based approach will be applied.
The Company reserves the right to reject or terminate services without explanation in case of KYC policy breaches.
